DESCRIPTION:This series will consist of four workshops that each focus on d
 ifferent aspects of gardening using a wicking bed\, including construction
  (with a live demonstration)\, soils and nutrient cycles\, what to grow\, 
 and managing pests and nutrient deficiencies.\nWorkshop One – In this intr
 oductory workshop\, the presenter will demonstrate how to build a wicking 
 bed using recycled materials. Participants will then be able to construct 
 a wicking bed at home.\nWorkshop Two – The second workshop in the series w
 ill focus on soils and nutrient cycles. Participants will come away with a
 n understanding of the benefits of growing vegetables in a contained bed\,
  what soils are appropriate to use\, and the importance of nutrients.\nWor

 g the best veggies and herbs to maximise your productivity and harvest.\nW
