Current Events #

Ready to take real action on climate change? Join a Community Planting Day.

Community Planting Days are hands-on and informative, and held at different Perth Metro locations during the winter planting season. You will learn about West Australian native plant species, the best way to plant trees to make sure they survive, how to use planting tools, plus expert insights from our Restoration Manager and the experienced Trillion Trees team.

Community Planting Days are fantastic, fulfilling outdoor experiences where you will get your hands dirty taking real action to plant trees that restore habitats for native wildlife and bring back biodiversity to our native bushland. Community Planting Days are the perfect family activity suitable for adults and children of all ages, whilst doing your bit to fight climate change!

Community Workshops #

Trillion Trees has a long term commitment to environmental education which is embedded alongside community engagement in all areas of our work. Trillion Trees values lifelong learning and education, delivering the SPROUT! schools program and a range of educational workshops for adults. Check back here for details of upcoming events.

2026 Community Planting Days #

Community Planting Days are held in winter at locations across the City of Swan area. More details and dates will be released in early 2026.
