Healing landscapes together

2025 was a landmark year that saw Trillion Trees Australia achieve significant milestones in healing landscapes and strengthening community connections.

We are deeply grateful to every one of our volunteers, stakeholders, sponsors and donors for remaining loyal and continuing to collaborate with us to support our projects and nursery operations throughout the year. Nothing we achieve would be possible without this incredible collection of people.

We look forward optimistically to bright times ahead, and we thank you all for your part in our regeneration. We very much look forward to growing and planting many more trees with you in the coming years.

How YOUR impact is growing OUR legacy

DABAKARN TREE PLANTING FESTIVAL

June 2025 | 15,679 trees | 14.7 hectares

“We were thrilled to welcome over 100 volunteers from Activate Saplings and Trillion Trees, who braved torrential rain to restore nearly 15 hectares of our Chittering property. Delighted to report the trees are healthy and thriving after the winter rains.”

Trillion Trees Australia has worked in partnership with Bowra and O’Dea for the last 30 years. Executive Chairman Joe O’Dea says: “Following a chance conversation in a taxi with passionate environmentalist Tim Lawrence in the 1990s, the idea of creating memorial groves was born. With ten groves planted across Perth and the Wheatbelt, this partnership is growing a living legacy to loved ones lost.”

Volunteering at Trillion Trees provides me with physical and mental rewards. It provides relaxation, a gentle workout for muscles and a healthy boost to self-esteem and life satisfaction. Doing good for others, the community and the environment provides me with a sense of accomplishment, identity and optimism.
