Office Support All-Rounder
Part-time | 3–4 days per week | Hazelmere
We’re seeking an Office Support All-Rounder to join our small team and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a varied role that combines administration, support, and reception duties. The role is the go to person for helping our team, volunteers, members, and community feel supported.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception and front-of-house: greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing general email enquiries.
- Office administration: managing supplies, mail, key registers, compliance records, and general upkeep.
- Assisting with membership and volunteer management, including renewals and inductions.
- Assisting with events: bookings, catering, set up, and attending major events as required.
- Supporting the Board Secretary with clerical duties for our AGM and compliance reporting.
- Overseeing site administration needs such as first aid kits, local government servicing, and liaison with cleaners and contractors.
This position is casual or part-time (3–4 days per week), with flexibility required for occasional weekend or evening events.

You’re organised, dependable, and happy to roll up your sleeves to keep things running smoothly. You’ll enjoy the variety of tasks, working alongside a small team, and connecting with our diverse community of volunteers and members.
You will have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with people from all walks of life.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
- A genuine interest in supporting environmental restoration and community engagement.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
- Experience in, or exposure, to event administration.
