The Trillion Trees team are preparing to unveil a $1million redevelopment at our annual Open Day on Saturday 19 September 2026.
“The Canopy”, a new community nursery hub, will help us to increase capacity for growing native trees and plants to meet burgeoning demand. An extensive new propagation area, nursery offices and cool room for seed storage will offer state of the art facilities for our wonderful volunteers.
The new facilities will be officially unveiled on Saturday 19 September as part of the annual Trillion Trees Open Day. As well as tours and demonstrations in the new community nursery hub, a wide range of native plants will be available for sale, and you can also enjoy free children’s activities, market stalls, BBQ and coffee van.
