We've had huge interest in our upcoming Community Planting Day at Reg Bond Reserve, Viveash (Saturday 20 July). Thank you to everyone who is going to join us to plant thousands of native trees and plants on the Swan River flood plain.
If you have booked a place for this Saturday's Community Planting Day, keep an eye on your emails for all the essential event information.
This Community Planting Day is being held at Reg Bond Reserve, Viveash, and the area forms part of the Memorial Groves that we are planting in association with our valued partners, Bowra and O'Dea.
For almost 30 years, we have been working together to establish Memorial Groves across Western Australia. Planting a young tree becomes a lasting and loving memorial which many people find is integral to their grieving process. We see the planting of trees as a symbolic act: one that represents rebirth and the cycle of life. These native trees are planted as both a living legacy and a contribution to the restoration of the natural environment. They also create a wonderful woodland for the whole community to enjoy for many generations to come.
This Community Planting Day is dedicated to the memory of our tallest tree and former president, Thom Scott, who sadly passed away in December.
Please note: This event is fully booked with a waitlist. If you can no longer attend, please take a moment to cancel your place so that we can offer it to someone else.

We look forward to planting with you on Saturday!
